Call Centre Manager – Giggling Squid

Due to our growth and expansion plan, we are now looking for a Reservations and Guest Experience Manager to lead our Call Centre and manage guest enquires while driving bookings and creates brand awareness

The ideal candidates will have experience with reservations/booking systems within the hospitality industry

With our sites throughout the UK, we are looking for people with a burning desire to excel and propel their career forward with us.
