Our experienced food development team, including chefs and supply chain experts, works with partners to develop products that support kitchen operations across the UK.

Our SALSA-accredited production facility adheres to strict hygiene and safety measures and rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest product quality and safety standards. We continually develop new and unique food solutions that preserve the traditional flavours and techniques of global cuisines. From full-service research and development to consultancy with internal food teams, our experienced team works with clients to deliver best-in-class products.

Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are now looking to hire Production Operatives for our Central Production Unit at Elland Road, Leicester LE3 1TU
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Timings: Mon- Fri -9am to 5pm
(Flexibility needed as sometimes it may take longer to finish the shift)
The ideal candidates will have working knowledge in a similar style of manufacturing units and are required to work cohesively as part of a team, requiring excellent communication, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to take part in problem-solving and continuous improvement exercises. A flexible approach with an eagerness to learn and embrace new skills will form a fundamental requirement of this role. The role will also involve regular manual handling and lifting of heavy goods, so experience and knowledge of receiving deliveries, picking, and packing would be advantageous.
