Our In-house finance function is looking for an enthusiastic finance assistant to join our team on a fulltime basis. This role in based in our Head Office close to the station in Guildford. Here’s what we offer:

Responsibilities
As the Finance Assistant, your core responsibilities would include:
· Coding and processing of invoices
· Organising weekly and monthly payment runs
· Liaising with supplies and responding to queries
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Office management duties
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Essential:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Confidence to work with people of all levels within the business and suppliers
· Good knowledge of Excel
· ‘Can do’ attitude
· Team Player
· Keen to pursue a career in finance
Desirable:
· Experience of Sage accounting software
· Multi-site/hospitality experience
· Honours degree
